AI made execution cheap. It did not make deciding easy. These four rules are what keeps the speed honest.

  1. 01

    Start in the constraint

    Clinical safety, GDPR Article 9, CDSCO/MHRA process, or a hiring manager’s bar. The constraint is the brief.

  2. 02

    Decide, then make one artefact

    A working loop that would change the decision. Specs without a prototype are theatre; prototypes without a decision are toys.

  3. 03

    Keep a human on the hook

    Reviewers, clinicians, mentors. Models summarise, triage, and draft. People own the call.

  4. 04

    Measure what you can defend

    CV and LinkedIn figures are labelled. Targets stay targets. If a number is not in a source, it does not go on the home strip.
